CLIFFTOPS recreational association was established on June 19th, 1981 as a not for profit corporation by Ralph Rogers & Company, Inc. The 2000 acre gated residential community consists of 280 privately owned lots and as of March 2018 approximately 205 homes. A network of internal roads connecting everyone, and facilities such as a pool, a lake house, a man-made lake, and a variety of trails are maintained by Clifftops Property Owners Association (CPOA). The intent of CLIFFTOPS is to preserve the natural beauty of the surroundings and the peace, tranquility, and privacy for the community residents.
